Reheating Instructions
Reheating instructions for CALLOS, RABO DE TORO, & FABADA:
Stovetop
1. Defrost and thaw the dish.
2. Place one or two tablespoon of pure olive oil in a pot.
3. Place the content in the pot. Use low heat until it boils.
4. Remove from the pot. Serve and enjoy.
Microwave
1. Thaw or use microwave thaw option.
2. Microwave for 5 minutes. Stir in between as needed.
3. Serve and enjoy!
Reheating Instructions for QUARTER COCHINILLO:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C)
2. Brush skin with 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil.
3. Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins. or until thickest part of the meat is warm to touch.
4. Loosely cover the quarter with foil for the first 22 minutes, remove foil for the remaining 3 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then serve. Enjoy!
* Do not use microwave.
* You may also use toaster oven with thermostat or turbo broiler.
